Pu-erh Tea the old is better and better for our health.

Xiaguan Golden Ribbon Raw Pu'er Tea cake is made from high quality spring tea leaves and Diancang Mountain's natural spring water. The cake is round and round and smooth and marked by fat tips and stretched lines with white hairs. It brews a clear bright yellow broth with a strong flavor full of tea essence, balanced taste with lingering sweet aftertaste and pure high aroma.

Golden Ribbon Pu Er Tuo Cha is used the fine spring Maocha of Yunnan big leaves tea bushes, and pressed into Tuo by traditional rolling method and Cang Er spring water steams.
Golden Ribbon is the highest grade among all the Tuo Cha in Xiaguan factory. Its Cha Qi is quite strong and mellow, and will have a good aged aroma after several years storage. Its infusability is quite good.

Pu-erh tea can be purchased as either raw/green (sheng) or ripened/cooked (shu), depending on processing method or aging. Sheng pu-erh can be roughly classified on the tea oxidation scale as a green tea, and the shou or aged-green variants as post-fermented tea.

Unlike other teas that should ideally be consumed shortly after production, pu-erh can be drunk immediately or aged for many years; pu-erh teas are often now classified by year and region of production much like wine vintages.

Pu’Er tea has been celebrated since the Tang Dynasty ( 618AD-906AD ) for its health benefits and curative powers in certain diseases. Modern medical science has recently shown that the health benefits of Pu’er tea may be more than just Chinese folklore. Since 1970 France, Japan and China have been conducting many scientific studies on Pu’Er tea which suggest that :

Keep drinking Pu'er Tea, a way to good health.
