It was my first purchase at GrandnessTea and I am impressed by the quality of this tea as well as the quick delivery. At first I was a little bit scared by a devastating review from a former customer, which I read somewhere on this page. In my opinion it is very unfair and unjust to this great shop. The package was impeccable, the delivery time great, the price fair and the quality of the product top. A thank you gift has also been sent. :-)

Dear seller, you received our money but did not send the goods. You said that you cannot send the goods because of the war. you said you would return the money. when will you return the money?
This moonlight white has become my favorite and the description provided by the seller is very accurate. The tea is delicious with a nice, sweet, strong flowery and very pleasant flavor that to me is better than any white tea I have tasted yet as a new tea drinker with a 50 year coffee habit. This tea reminds me of green tea, but better. The aroma is wonderful and simply makes me want more. I highly recommend this tea.
I placed with Grandness Tea, paid paypal, they received my money, two months later no order arriving yet, I inquired with the company, apparently they lost my order and never filled it. I asked them to go ahead and fill it with whatever stock from my original order was available, and they refused. I would have to reorder the items. Unfortunately, the price of said items had doubled over the intervening two months, so now I would have to pay double, even though I had already paid. Despite repeated requests they refused to attempt to fill my order at all. These people are thieves. They stole half the value of my money. Do not buy from them.
I actually really like this tea,though being not a shou fan,would buy this again, it has a smooth,silky taste with no strange tones to it.Keep first infusions short and you get some nice brews with pleasant aftertaste.
