BREW GUIDE:
Gaiwan or Yixing teapot. Use about 5gram of Milk oolong tea leaves for about every 150ml water. As a rough guide, the higher the temperature of the water or the greater the amount of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be. The leaves may be steeped 3-7 times.
