Description:
This tea is different from the normal Pu-erh tea, which are dried by the sun-light; that this tea is produced during the night, it has dried from the moon-light. The farmer collects the leaves of the wild plant arbor under the moon-light. The tea leaves are moved in a special chamber that keeps the light off to slow the oxidation. The tea leaves are very carefully picked white tip and the second leaves. The simple process keeps the freshness of color leaves and bright.
This tea has a characteristic flowery, fruity flavor. It has the flavor of green tea and white tea first beers, then switches to black and oolong tea flavor. It has a sweet and leaves a sweet taste in the mouth.
